Spicy Asian-style Minced Meat

Ingredients
- Ground meat500g
- Napa cabbage200g
- Onion1
- Lao Gan Ma chili crisp2 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Lime1
- Eggs4
- Spring onion1 bunch
- Sesame seeds1 tbsp
- Cooked rice4 servings
- Prawn crackers
Method
- 01
Fry the ground meat in a wok. Add finely chopped onion and cabbage.

Add Lao Gan Ma chili crisp, sesame oil and a squeeze of lime.

Serve the minced meat over rice.
